For individuals
Train smart.
Adapt daily.
Most plans assume every week is the same. This one asks how you slept, how much is on your plate and what hurts — and then decides what today should be.
The app
One number, then a session built from it.
The check-in takes under a minute. What comes out of it changes how hard today is, which exercises appear, and how long you rest.
These are the real screens, drawn from the app's own specification — not pictures of it.
How it works
A minute a day sets the rest of it.
-
Four questions, in this order:
- How much energy you have today
- How long you slept, and how well
- How much stress and fatigue you are carrying
- Whether anything hurts, picked on a map of nine areas
-
The number then moves three dials on today's session:
- A good day keeps the full working load, the full volume and normal rest
- A middling one drops the load to 90% and stretches rest by a tenth
- A flat one cuts both load and volume to 70%, and lengthens rest by a quarter
-
A session runs in six phases:
- Warm-up, with video and the coach already listening
- The block runner — the exercise, the reps, the clock
- Rest, timed, with thirty seconds more or a skip
- Set complete, then the next one
- Cool-down
- Session complete, and it is written to your history
In a session
Everything you need, nothing to set up.
-
Every exercise on video
Shown before you do it, so you are never guessing what the name means.
-
A coach you can interrupt
Tap the microphone mid-session and ask. It answers out loud, without stopping the clock.
-
Rest that is actually timed
A countdown between sets, with thirty more seconds or a skip when you need either.
-
A history worth looking at
Every finished session kept, and your readiness plotted over the weeks so you can see the shape of it.
Wherever you train
It works with what you already have.
You tell it once what is within reach. The plan is built from that, and you can change it whenever your situation does.
-
A room and a mat
Bodyweight sessions that are genuinely programmed, not a list of press-ups.
-
A few things at home
Dumbbells, a kettlebell, bands, a pull-up bar — whatever you own gets used.
-
A full gym
Barbells, racks, machines and cables, with the plan written for the equipment you can reach.
Your data
Nobody at work sees any of this.
If your employer pays for your access, that is all they do. Taking part in their wellbeing report is a separate choice, and your training works either way.
What they never see
- Check-ins, readiness scores and pain areas
- Workouts, history and coach messages
- Anything from Apple Health
What is yours
- Export everything you have given O-FIT, whenever you want it
- Delete your account from inside the app, without asking anyone
- Leave the wellbeing report at any time, keeping your access
Access
Two ways to get in.
Both give you the same complete product.
- If your employer covers it, join with their invitation link, company code or sign-on — nothing to buy
- Otherwise, O-FIT Personal is bought in the app through the App Store, monthly or annually
O-FIT has not launched yet, so there is nothing to download today and no price to quote.
