How it works
A minute a day sets the rest of it.
O-FIT does not hand out a fixed plan. It asks how the person is today, and builds the day around the answer.
-
Four questions, in this order:
- How much energy you have today
- How long you slept, and how well
- How much stress and fatigue you are carrying
- Whether anything hurts, picked on a map of nine areas
-
The number then moves three dials on today's session:
- A good day keeps the full working load, the full volume and normal rest
- A middling one drops the load to 90% and stretches rest by a tenth
- A flat one cuts both load and volume to 70%, and lengthens rest by a quarter
-
A session runs in six phases:
- Warm-up, with video and the coach already listening
- The block runner — the exercise, the reps, the clock
- Rest, timed, with thirty seconds more or a skip
- Set complete, then the next one
- Cool-down
- Session complete, and it is written to your history
One member, one week
No two days are the same. Neither is the plan.
This is the same person in the same week. O-FIT reads the day before it writes it — so a heavy Monday and a flat Wednesday do not get the same session.

Built to be trusted
What your employer sees.
Taking part in the wellbeing report is each employee's own choice, and their training works either way. This is the whole of it.
What they see
- How many people take part, as a number, never who
- Group averages only, and only above 20 people
- Delayed, so a single day cannot be traced back to anyone
What they never see
- Check-ins, readiness scores and pain areas
- Workouts, history and coach messages
- Anything from Apple Health
Anyone can withdraw at any time, and withdrawing never affects their access or their plan.
Access
Two ways in.
The same complete product either way. Nobody gets a smaller version of O-FIT.

Questions
The things people ask first.
Will my employer see my health data?
No. Check-ins, readiness scores, pain areas, workouts, history, coach messages and anything from Apple Health stay with the employee. An employer sees group averages above 20 people, delayed, and never who took part.
What does an employee actually have to do?
Answer four short questions a day, then train. The check-in takes under a minute and everything after it is built from the answer.
Do people need a gym?
No. Each member says what they have — a room and a mat, a few dumbbells, or a full gym — and the plan is built from that.
How do employees get access?
An invitation link, a company code, or your own single sign-on. Nobody has to buy anything, and nobody needs a separate account for work.
Which languages does O-FIT speak?
English at launch, with Hungarian, German and Dutch to follow. The exercise videos carry no spoken language, so the guidance is narrated per language rather than reshot.
Is this medical advice?
No. Readiness is a fitness-planning signal, not a diagnosis or a medical score. O-FIT does not diagnose, treat or replace a clinician.
Next step

We will walk you through the workforce dashboard and what it would report for an organization your size.
