The full legal name as it appears in the company register, and the legal form.
Registered address
The seat of the company. A post-office box is not enough.
Contact
An email address and a second means of direct contact, such as a telephone number.
Register and number
The company register the business is entered in, and its number.
VAT identification number
If the business has one.
Representative
The person authorised to represent the company.
Responsible for content
Where national law requires a named person.
Supervisory authority
Where the activity is a regulated one.
